Infant Feeding

Welcome to Solihull Infant Feeding Team

Solihull Infant Feeding Team consist of staff who are Registered Midwives, Nurses, Health Visitors, Lactation Consultants, Tongue Tie Practitioners, Infant Feeding Support Workers, and peer volunteers. The service is for parents in the antenatal and postnatal period and is free to Solihull residents.

We are accredited as a Unicef Baby Friendly Gold service meaning you can expect the highest possible standards of care around infant feeding and parent-infant relationships.

We can provide information and support around feeding your baby, before and after birth, however you feed your baby. We are an NHS service, commissioned by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, working within Solihull Health Visiting Service – South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust.
